Caroline Blum (San Mateo, CA) received her BA in Fine Art from the University of California Santa Cruz. She studied painting at the New York Studio School in New York City where she recently received the Mercedes Matter Award. The artist has participated in numerous group exhibitions including those at McKenzie Fine Art, New York, Barry Campbell, New York, Silvermine Gallery, Connecticut, Dorato 806 Projects, California, The Ely Center for Contemporary Art, Connecticut, and Susan Eley Fine Art, New York, where she curated  exhibitions including Driven to Abstraction and Off the Grid. She designed the cover art for musician Uwade's latest EP and her painting Garden Gate was made into a flag for Earth Day at Rockefeller Center. Her works are in numerous private collections including the Peter Surace Collection, Rego Park, NY, Emily Reaman Family Collection, San Rafael, CA, Blossom Industries, Cleveland, OH, Georgenia Berkman Collection, Queensland, AUS and Robert Moon, London, GB.
